TNT Crust, part of the Tyson Foods, Inc., family, was founded in 1981 to service local and regional frozen pizza manufacturers from its base of operations in Northeastern Wisconsin. TNT operates two bakeries in Green Bay with more than 100,000 square feet of production space. TNT annually produces more than 200 million crusts in both par-baked and self-rising varieties. These crusts are supplied to:
  • frozen pizza manufacturers
  • chain accounts
  • food service distributors
  • specialty pizza distributors

A Quality Product
At TNT Crust, we do one thing and we do it right. We specialize in pizza crust, and we make sure it's the best it can be. You're always assured of the highest quality crust, which means you'll have the foundation you need to make a great pizza.

Our attention to quality has not gone unrecognized. TNT has achieved an inspection rating of "superior" from the American Institute of Baking. Also, TNT maintains a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Program throughout the manufacturing process. This is another assurance of product safety and quality.

We start with the finest quality ingredients, like high-grade soybean oil, specially refined salts and sugars, flour, and quality yeasts. Then, we refine those ingredients even further to meet our precise specifications. All ingredients must pass stringent purity standards.

At TNT, we employ the latest crust manufacturing techniques. Our highly trained, experienced personnel constantly monitor consistency and quality, from the initial mixing stage to final product packaging. From start to finish, quality is assured.

The Way You Want It
At TNT Crust, we can make your crust any way you want it. We have over 100 different dies in various shapes and sizes: thick, thin, raised edge, rolled edge, deep dish, and rectangular, with sizes from 5" to 16". If you can't find what you want, we can formulate a special recipe or customize a special die for you. Our test kitchen is available to run test dies and samples, and to help achieve a proper thickness, bite, and flavor profile. Give us your ideas and specifications, and we'll go to work for you.

TNT's die and test kitchen work is available at no charge.

When You Want It
We've built a reputation for fast service. Our short lead-time means that your order can be processed and at your dock in less than one week. We do this by having an inside salesperson always available to respond to inquiries. Our production capabilities allow us to maintain multiple manufacturing lines, each running three shifts, to meet your needs.

Freshness is guaranteed, with over 90% of our orders "run to order," and not pulled from stock. Truck access at our plant is convenient, with pick-up hours from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily. At TNT Crust, quality products and exceptional service are standard.
